MUDFLOW WARNING ZONE CREATION DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning zone/special warning zone creation device and a creation support device so that the warning zone and the special warning zone for mudflow can be obtained without depending on manual labor and experience.;SOLUTION: The mudflow warning zone creation device is provided with a warning zone creation means and a warning zone output means. The warning zone creation means provides an initial reference point by using a geographic information system in an area specified in a map, searches the next reference point under warning zone investigation conditions, and determines the warning zone by connecting the searched reference points, and the warning zone output means outputs the warning zone. The mudflow warning zone creation device is further provided with a mudflow special warning zone creation means and a special warning zone output means. The mudflow special warning zone creation means determines, in a special warning zone, the range to which the mudflow does damage on the basis of the flow quantity and the peak flow quantity depending on the topography by providing a flood start point and the quantity of outflowing earth and sand, and the special warning zone output means outputs the special warning zone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
