PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a electric light emitting wire wiring tool capable of easily wiring electric light emitting wire, and an electric light emitting wire installation body with the electric light emitting wire wired therein.;SOLUTION: In this electric light emitting wire wiring tool, a joint surface is provided in one side of a base material, housing grooves capable of wiring the electric light emitting wire on the base material and housing are formed by opening in the joint surface, one or a plurality of the housing grooves are formed, and the base material is transparent or semitransparent so that the light from the electric light emitting wire can be seen from outside. The electric light emitting wire wiring tool is provided with a groove which can house collectively electric light emitting wires, an inlet/outlet port of a hole or a power supply connector. In the electric light emitting wire installation body, a single or a plurality of the light emitting wires of the same luminescent color or different luminescent colors are arranged in a single or a plurality of housing grooves of the electric light emitting wire wiring tool so that light from the electric light emitting wires can be seen from the outside of the base material.
