PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container which can reduce the number of component members, and easily set up and feld, and can be improved in the weathering.;SOLUTION: The folding container includes sidewalls 11, 12, 13 and 14 which are pivoted to four sides of a rectangular base plate 3 so that they can rise and fall respectively. The side walls 11, 12, 13 and 14 include lower frames 20 and 20A which are made to stand on the sides of the base plate 3 and have a pivoting recess 21 with an approximately arcuate cross section on their upper end surfaces, and a rotary frame 30 having a pivoting protrusion 31 with an approximately hollowed circular cross section which is rotatably fitted into the recess 21 at their lower end surfaces. Pivot axes 60 passing through corner members 6 standing at corners of the base plate 3 are fitted into hollows 32 at both ends of the protrusion 31 for forming pivoted portions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
