PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packaging a culture medium for Grifola frondosa, capable of generating large Grifola frondosa. SOLUTION: This method for packaging Grifola frondosa comprises pulling the central tip part 13c of a main surface 13 in the direction reversed to the other main surfaced 14 to form a pulled part 24 between the central part 13c and the divided surface 17 of a gusset-folded part on the side of the main surface 14, folding the pulled part 24 and simultaneously superposing the pulled central part 13c of the main surface 13 on the main surface 14, thus forming a space 25 only in the pulled part 24 on the upper surface 11a of the culture medium 11.
