PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace data processing device for creating data for analyzing a power consumption for analyzing the causal relation, between the action of program on equipment to be inspected and the power consumed. PSOLUTION: When trace data 22 obtained by the tracer 104, and power measurement data 23 obtained by the wattmeter 105 are inputted, the synchronous marker imparting part 111 imparts the synchronous marker so-called time stamps to the both, the marker equalizer 112 makes both the approximately coinciding markers imparted on the trace data 22 and on the power measurement data 23 correspond, the time correlation inference part 113 performs adjustment for making the time on the data coincide; and after this adjustment, the trace matching data 24 obtained by matching the trace data 22 and power measurement data 23, are outputted from the matching part 11.
