PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record trace information about a subroutine by a small number of overheads for tracing the CALL timing of the subroutine in the occurrence of an abnormal condition.;SOLUTION: This trace data processing device is provided with a data table storing a call step number CS*N of a call origin subroutine, a pointer number RS*N of a call destination subroutine, and an execution result RS*R of the call destination subroutine, a CALL pointer 24(P1) showing the storage position of the call step number CS*N and the pointer number RS*N, an RET pointer 25(P2) showing the storage position of the execution result RS*R, and a storage means storing the call step number CS*N and the pointer number RS*N in the position shown by the pointer P1 when a pointer with a trace point instructs storage in the data table 23, and storing the execution result in the position shown by the pointer P2 in restoration from the call destination subroutine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
