PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a spherical in vivo degradable polymer coated with calcium phosphate, and to provide a spherical in vivo degradable polymer-calcium phosphate composite consisting of the above polymer coated with calcium phosphate.;SOLUTION: This method for producing a spherical in vivo degradable polymer coated with calcium phosphate is characterized by comprising the steps of agitating an in vivo degradable polymer dissolved in a volatile solvent in a calcium ion-containing solution, dripping a phosphate ion-containing solution into the system, aging the resultant mixed solution, and making a solid-liquid separation of the product.
