PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a convenient operation manual by translating trace condition information corresponding to command into the operation manual in the order of operations and automatically editing it as operation sequence number. ;SOLUTION: A program control part 6 reads programs P1-Pn stored in a storage part 3 and corresponding to these read programs, a trace condition setting part 5 and a trace information generating part 7 are controlled. Corresponding to the operation of an operator, the trace information generating part 7 selects trace condition information 14 for dealing with operating commands 13 successively sent from an operation control part 2, outputs it to a trace information storage part 4 as trace information and stores it. An operation flow information preparing part 9 translates read 1st-(m)th trace information T1-Tm into 1st-(m)th operation flow information F1-Fm and successively outputs them to an operation flow information comparator part 10.
