PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display measuring results in real time by using a chemical/physical sensor CCD and measuring a transient phenomenon in a wide range at an interface of an object to be measured such as a gas, a liquid, a solid or the like and the sensor in two dimensions at high speed. ;SOLUTION: For example, an opening 3 is formed at a lower part of a case 2 of a pH measurement camera 1. A chemical/physical sensor CCD 4 is provided to face a solution 7 to be measured. A control circuit 5 controls the CCD 4 and a signal of the circuit 5 is taken out from a take-out opening 6. A computer 8 as an image-analyzing device processes two-dimensional signals sent from the camera 1 via a signal cable 9, displaying a two-dimensional image of an element of many components, displaying/analyzing a chance with time, analyzing/displaying a multi-dimensional space, etc. A display part 10 displays analyzed results. Accordingly, the image can be chemically analyzed at high speed in real time. A high-speed analysis is achieved without missing an instantaneous chemical reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
