PURPOSE:To improve the gas permeability, platelet preservable property and creep characteristic by compounding a block copolymer contg. a vinyl arom. compd. and conjugate diene compd. and a highly crystalline propylene resin having a specific modulus of bending elasticity respectively at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:This medical implement is composed of (a) 100 pts.wt. block copolymer formed by hydrogenating the block copolymer consisting of a polymer block A mainly composed of at least two pieces of the vinyl arom. compds. and a polymer block B mainly composed of at least one piece of the conjugate diene compds. and (b) 10 to 80 pts.wt. highly crystalline propylene resin having the modulus of bending elasticity of 20000kgf/cm2. As a result, the strength, resilience, heat resistance, transparency and creep characteristics are improved. Further, the medical implement has excellent gas permeability, antiblocking property and preservability and therefore, the implement is capable of preserving the platelets of a high unit over a long period of time particularly when the implement is used as a platelet preserving container.
