CALL CHARGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF CELL PHONE IN OVERSEAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for charging a cell phone for a minimum call charge and an incoming call charge caused by an incoming call to the cell phone, in a call charge charged to the call service of a cell phone in overseas, such as ITFS (International Toll Free Service).;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a charge management apparatus which is connected via the Internet to the cell phone, a call destination phone and a telephone company general-purpose machine for performing charge management for the call destination phone. The telephone company general-purpose machine is provided with a call charge transmitting means for transmitting information about the minimum call charge and information about incoming call charge. The charge management apparatus is provided with a call originating charge charging means for measuring a call time between the cell phone and the call destination to create call originating charge information and registering the created information to a charge management database; and a call charge receiving means for receiving the information about the minimum call charge and the information about incoming call charge, and registering the received information to the charge management database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
