PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the learning frequency as much as possible in a range without mis-learning, at the learning time of the normal deviation of a feedback control amount which is increase/decreased so as to bring an engine speed near a target idle rotational frequency at the idling time. ;SOLUTION: In the case of an idle rotational frequency feedback control condition (ISC condition; S11), the change amount ΔPd of the refrigerant pressure of an air conditioner is read (S13) and the learning is prohibited when this change amount ΔPd is a prescribed value SL or more and the learning is permitted when it is less than the prescribed value (S14). In the case of the learning permission, the average value ISCave is found out by sampling the feedback control amount ISCI (S16, S17).
