PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine actuated flowmeter that can accurately measure the flow rate of fluid without a measurement error even when the flow rate of the fluid such as gas is changed. ;SOLUTION: In a turbine actuated flowmeter being provided with an impeller for rotating at speed corresponding to the flow rate of fluid and a pick-up device for outputting a pulse signal with a frequency corresponding to the rotation of the impeller, a flow rate calculation part 32 of a measuring part 30 performs calculation for converting a pulse count value obtained by a pulse counter 31 into the flow rate and outputs a turbine flow rate 36. A calculation part 331 of a flow rate integration part 33 integrates the turbine flow rate 36 for obtaining an integration flow rate 37. When an actual flow rate change detection signal 38 is inputted from an actual flow rate change detection part 35, the calculation part 331 judges that the flow rate of the fluid is changed. After that, the calculation part 331 does not immediately integrate the flow rate, waits for the settlement of the turbine flow rate 36, and integrates the flow rate retroactively to a point a of time when the flow rate is changed.
