PCR-based monitoring in wastewater biotreatment systems

PCR-based monitors the biological treatment waste water of microflora. In particular, two abundance of measurement and expression indicator/effector gene or the assortment of genes, in expression sample of " executor " gene in relation to the active specified microorganisms removed from office, and in microorganism of abundance " indicator " gene in relation to abundance. Effector measures gene expression by competitive quantitative RT-PCR, and indicator gene abundance is by competitive quantitative PCR. The indicator and effector can be identical or different gene. In one embodiment, the sequence of indicator and effector gene is from glyphosate oxidoreductase (gaseous oxygen) gene and quantitative technique using competitive quantitative PCR and competitive quantitative RT-PCR.
