"COMBINED PREPARATION FOR SEPARATE, OR SEQUENTIAL ADMINISTRATION IN CANCER TREATMENT, METHOD FOR CANCER TREATMENT, USE OF AT LEAST ONE COMPOUND, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION". This invention relates to the combined preparation for simultaneous, separate or sequential administration in the treatment of cancer comprising two separate preparations: a preparation comprising, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent, at least one compound of formula I: wherein each R ^ 1 ^ and R ^ 2 ^ independently represent a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, or the like, and G represents pentosyl or similar, each X ^ 1 ^ and X ^ 2 ^ independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or the like or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a preparation, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent, such as anti-tumor alkylating agents, anti-tumor antimetabolites, anti-tumor antibiotics, or plant-derived anti-tumor agents (a preparation comprising at least one compound of the Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof may be combined with two or more other anti-tumor agents), and a method for treating cancer comprising administering these preparations in combination.
