In the present invention, there is disclosed a circular gut sewing machine with removable support head (5) and intended for making extremely low front rectum resection with subsequent mechanical coloanal anastomosis, said sewing machine comprising a hollow body (1) provided in its interior with slidably mounted ejector (9) of sewing clasps (10) and a circular blade (7). The body (1) is provided with at least one handling aperture (20) performed substantially parallel to the body (1) longitudinal axis so that it leads in the body (1) cavity in both a region outside an interspace (8), extending between inner surface of the body (1) and the circular blade (7) and being fitted for location and ejection of the sewing clasps(10), and outside a mounting region of a disconnection coupling (4) adapted for removable attachment of the support head (5) shank (51).
