The tank for chemical processing of metal surfaces and for bath regeneration consists of a container in a supporting structure, a cover, which closes the working tank compartment, and a set of electric resistance heaters. It is characterised in that the container (1) of the tank is made of a material, characterised by high thermal expansion. It is mounted in a steel supporting structure in the shape of a basket. The front walls (28) of the supporting structure are coupled at their top and bottom with a mechanism, compensating for stretching or shrinking of the tank (1). There are heating elements (6) placed along one of the longer walls of the tank (1) container. At both ends of the tank (1), there are electrolytic segments (2), placed inside the tank.
