METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING OVERTRAINING IN SPORTSMEN

The method for diagnosing the overtraining in sportsmen provides for the reconstruction of the physiologic parameters of the functional state as compared with the premorbid values. The time required for memorizing the information on the structure of the complex comprising four and six combination of the symmetrical movements of the arms, which are previously learned. The ability of the sportsman to create new combination of the movements based onthe complex indicated is also taken into account. The number of attempts of the error-free performance and the number of new combination of the movements is recorded.
