The technique for suturing the parenchymatous organ comprises sewing through the tissue, the square-topped sutures being applied around the perimeter starting at a distance from the wound edge within the limits of the healthy tissues. Then the threads are tied up. Opposite to the sutured surfaces, prior to sewing the pads of the resorptive threads twisted into the "pigtail".
