METHOD FOR APPLYING HEMOSTATIC SUTURE AT THE WOUNDS OF PARENCHYMATOUS ORGANS

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to puncture the parenchyma of an organ at 0.8 cm against the wound's edge by making the puncture out at the opposite side at the distance of about 1.2-1.5 cm against the wound's edge, moreover, it is necessary to capture one third of the wound's width and perform intersection with ligature of the first puncture in. Then one should puncture once more outwards against the first puncture in for 0.5-0.8 cm, apply the ligature under the wound's bottom at coming onto the opposite side. After that it is important to withdraw this ligature from inside against the upper puncture out outwards, then one should tighten up the end of the ligature applied deeper and tighten up the upper end of the ligature, the ends should be tightened. The innovation enables to suture the wounds of different length and depth being two thirds and more against the organ's thickness, prevent failed sutures, provide reliable hemostasis, shorten period of operation and improve processes of healing in area of the suture made.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;2 dwg
