The method for the secondary prophylaxis and the differential treatment of the cardiovascular diseases in the climacteric women comprises the assessment of the hormonal state, the assay of the female sex hormone, the assessment of the functional state of the thrombocyte arm of the hemostasis, the estimation of the overall index of thrombocyte aggregation. The patients are given Prestarium and the substitution hormonal therapy.
