The proposed special video observation device contains a guide tube and a sliding tube, which is installed inside of the guide tube with a possibility to be displaced and fixed, a plug, a connector, a ball hinged support, and a video camera with a radio transmitter, which are installed at the end part of the sliding tube, an accumulator battery, a plastic handle, a connector for an auxiliary power-supply source, and a light-emitting diode for indicating the switch-on state of the device, which are installed at the guide tube. The receiver of the output video signal of the device is connected to the input of a television ser or a computer display.
