METHOD FOR ASSESSING EFFICACY OF INTENSIVE THERAPY OF ENTERIC INFECTIONS IN CHILDREN OF EARLY AGE

The method for assessing the efficacy of the intensive therapy of the enteric infections in the children of the early age consists in estimating the hemodynamics type by the echoparameters of the maximal blood flow rate in the portal vein and common hepatic artery (Vmax), their pulsation index (????), and index of resistance (IR). For assessing the efficacy of the intensive treatment, the parameters listed above are monitored continuously. The therapy is judged as the adequate one, if the parameters are improved and vice versa.
