Improved activation of the blowing agent used to form blown PVC products, aswell as thermal stabilization, are provided by acombination of an ester of the formula (R1)t-2Sn(-S-R a-OC(=O)R2)2-3 whereinR1 is C1-4 alkyl, R a is alkyl, and R2 is C6-24a alkyl or alkenyl;one or both of mono (C1-4 alkyl) and di (C1-4 alkyl) tin sulfides; a complexof diorganotin oxide with an oxygen-containing acid; andoptionally an ester HS-R c-OC(=O)R3 wherein R c is alkyl and R3 is C6-24 alkylor alkenyl.
