The ferrules and feeding head and supplyelements, insulating or exothermic, are obtained byblowing or manual molding from a formulation whichcomprises aluminium silicate hollow micro beads, with analumina content below 38% in weight, an agglomerant andoptional loads, in non fibrous form. Depending on thedensity of the micro beads, appropriate formulations maybe obtained for the manufacture of ferrules and insulatingand exothermic feeding head and supply elements. theferrules obtained, have an external and internal dimensionalexactness and may be coupled to the mold afterproduction, without additional handlings and in a manualor automatic manner. Said ferrules are of interest in theproduction of metallic ferreous or non ferreous parts.
