The revenue management methods provide lowerpricedflexible products that attract additional customers who would otherwise notchoose to purchaseand enable companies to wait for uncertainty on specific product demand to beresolved beforeassigning alternative products, which thereby enables maximized use ofcapacity/inventory andgeneration of revenue.
