NEW APPARATUS FOR EXAMINING THE OVER LOADING AND BIAS LOADING OF RAILCARS

The present invention relates to a new apparatus for examining the over loading and bias loading of railcars, which comprises a space for examining & measuring, a steel-crosstie, a ballast aggregate and a plate of armoured concrete. The space for examining & measuring comprises a spaced sensor which is set on the steel-crosstie, and the ballast aggregate is set between the steel-crosstie and the plate of armoured concrete, and there are 4-8 steel-crosstie unites in the total examining area. The examining apparatus of the present invention has a preferable stability, a higher precision, and a difference of the bias loading of the front & back redirector meeting the standard of the railroad department; furthermore, the examining apparatus of the present invention won’t block the railway, stop the traffic, excavate the roadbed or endanger the traffic. The examining apparatus of the present invention has plugged up the leak of the income of the railway department caused by inaccurate check of over loading.
