Said invention uses different categories of primed particles. Each category is used by a specific antigen of one of antibodies to be assayed, in particular anti-gliadin and anti-transglutaminase antibodies. The inventive method consists in prepating an immunological reagent consisting of a mixture of each said particle categories respectively primed by a selected quantity of given antigens, in particular GLIA and tTG, in measuring signal resulting from the interaction between said immunological reagent and a biological sample. A sampling standard determines a correction factor to be used for different resulting signals in such a way that a titration expressed in biological units is obtainable for each sampling antibody.
