By performing order reception analysis, it is possible to suppress generation of lacking parts or excessive stock. For products (zone 1) having a large lacking part risk and a small stock risk, the necessary number of parts is determined according to the current order reception information, the past order receptions, and a safe stock amount. For products (zone 2) having a small lacking part risk and a small stock risk, the necessary number of parts is determined according to the current order reception information and the past order receptions without considering the safe stock amount. For products (zone 3) having a small lacking part risk and a large stock risk, the necessary number of parts is determined according to the current order reception information without considering the past order receptions or the safe stock amount. For products (zone 4) having a large lacking part risk and a large stock risk, the same treatment as one of the zones 1 to 3 is performed. Thus, it is possible to reduce the lacking part risk and the stock risk as a whole.
