PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of stockout or excessive stock by order reception analysis.;SOLUTION: About a product (a zone 1) having large stockout risk and small stock risk, a necessary amount is determined on the basis of present order reception information, past order reception results and safe stock amount. About a product (a zone 2) having small stockout risk and small stock risk, a necessary amount is determined on the basis of present order reception information and past order reception results without considering a safe stock amount. About a product (a zone 3) having small stockout risk and large stock risk, a necessary amount is determined on the basis of present order reception information without considering past order reception results and a safe stock amount. About a product (a zone 4) having large stockout risk and large stock risk, dealing equal to dealing of one of the zones 1-3 is performed.
