METHOD OF JUDGING SENSITIVITY OF CANCER CELL TO Eg5 INHIBITOR

A method which comprises measuring the sensitivities to an Eg5 inhibitor of two or more human cancer cell lines and the expression amounts of one or more human genes and identifying a gene showing a correlation between its expression amount and the sensitivity to the Eg5 inhibitor as a gene relating to the sensitivity to the Eg5 inhibitor. A method which comprises selecting one or more genes from the genes relating to the sensitivity to the Eg5 inhibitor thus identified, measuring the expression amounts of the selected genes in cancer cells, assigning scores depending on the expression amounts and thus judging the sensitivity of the cancer cells to the Eg5 inhibitor.
