摘要

With respect to a nonhuman animal model capable of producing a secretory protein obtained by transplanting cells having a secretory protein expression vector introduced therein into a nonhuman animal, the quantity of secretory protein is measured. With the use of the resultant secretory protein quantity as an indicator, the transcription activity, transplanted cell quantity or tumor volume is measured. Further, with the use of the nonhuman animal model whereto a compound has been administered, there is conducted a screening of compound affecting the transcription activity, transplanted cell quantity or tumor volume.
