LIFTING APPARATUS FOR LIFTING/LOWERING/TRANSFERRING OF A PERSON; AND USE

Apparatus for lifting/lowering/transferring of a person: being more or less collapsible; having an overall C-shaped structure as seen from either side, yielding possibility to lift a person from lying on a bed, while the lower front ends of the C-structure are positioned under the bed; the person is lifted hanging in a hook or similar. The inventive structure (5) of the apparatus (1) has a surprisingly simple laterally expandable/collapsible construction of two side frame elements (8; 9) mutually being stabilised by a set of two mutually angled hinge combinations (11L, 12, 11C, 12, 11R; 13L, 17L, 14, 18, 13C, 18, 14, 17R, 13R), thus yielding an easily operated, handy and portable lift mg apparatus with minimum outer dimensions requiring minimum floor space during operation and passage through doorways - in limited area private homes, too. Use for e.g. animals is also claimed.
