PURPOSE: A system for operating an Internet fund for members joining in a pre-appointment project is provided to collect many small investment members, and reduce a risk for an investment failure for the project by making an expert appoint/advance the project. CONSTITUTION: Investors register as the member after connecting to a project manager through the network by using an investment member terminal. The experts for the project select the project on the offline and notify the selected project to the investors. The investors join in the project by depositing the investment. If the project is interrupted or completed, the investment and profits are returned to the members.
