Purpose: an improved method of the draining for a permeable cement concrete road surface is arranged to prevent the discharge of the molecule of soil, when excluding rainwater, the surface water and underground water, improve durability, by prevent from freezing, crack, sinking and a lane and a pavement separation. Construction: the improved method of the draining for a permeable cement concrete road surface includes the following steps: hole-excavation in a road (5), cover the outside with the drainpipe (4) of textile (6), then it is buried under the part and re-fill that hole is excavated, it has a layer of sand (3) with identical sand.
