Construction: the method includes :(a) the step of, after washcoat honeycomb has thin pulp alumina, 110 C at a temperature of it is dry it 12 hours; (b) after supporting platinum group metal and transition metal on alumina coated honeycomb, 110 C at a temperature of it is dry it 12 hours then 300-600 C at a temperature of be sintered it is blocking it 4 hours; (c) after reduction has sintered honeycomb 2 hours of the step of hydrogen (b), one or two kindss of gas of solvent and flowing for increasing temperature up to 300-600 C flowing water or one or two ammonium hydroxide and oxygenated water increase the activity of catalyst selected from hydrogen, oxygen, ozone.
