GRAIN WASHING DEVICE USING AIR TO PREVENT DESTRUCTION OF NUTRIMENT WHILE WASHING GRAIN

PURPOSE: A grain washing device is provided to prevent the destruction of nutriments by washing grain with air and brushes without using water. CONSTITUTION: A grain washing device includes a multi-step washing passage(4) having a main body(5). A hopper(2) is formed at one side of the washing passage, and injects grain into the washing passage. A discharge port is formed at the other side of the washing passage, and discharges washed grain. A plurality of blowers(7) are installed at the main body of the washing passage. A spray tank(8) and a spray nozzle(9) connected to the spray tank are installed at the main body. A hair brush(6a), a scrubbing brush(6b) and cotton brushes(6c,6d) are installed at the inside of the main body, and wash grains, successively. A heater blower(10) is installed at the main body, and dries washed grain. A gauge(11) is installed at the upper part of the discharge port, and measures the amount of discharged grain.
