PURPOSE: A flexible printed circuit board and a flat panel display having the same are provided to remove inferiority due to a connecting body by granting an image signal processing function and a timing control function to a flexible printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An interface(112) is formed at a flexible film and is connected with an external host for receiving a first image signal and a first timing signal. A timing control unit(114) is formed at the flexible film, and converts the first image signal and the first timing signal into second and third image signals and second and third timing signals to output the converted signals to a hard printed circuit board(120). A DC(Direct Current)-DC converter converts a power voltage provided from the outside into a plurality of power voltages to output the converted power voltages to the hard printed circuit board.
