PURPOSE: A filter cover assembly of an air conditioning unit for a vehicle is provided to easily execute filter replacement work by forming a structure where just an upper filter is separated without separating the whole of the filter cover assembly from a case. CONSTITUTION: A filter cover assembly of an air conditioning unit for a vehicle closes up an opening(4) of an air conditioning unit case in which filters(f1,f2) for filtering pollutants in air are inserted. The filter cover assembly of the air conditioning unit comprises a fastening link(1) formed in a bent-shape; an upper filter cover(2) having a fitting part(21) to be combined to the upper part of the opening; and a lower filter cover(3) having a hook part to be combined to the lower part of the opening. At least one fastening link-fixing part to which the fastening link is combined is formed to the front of the upper filter cover. A first fastening link-holding part to which one end of the fastening link is slidably held is formed to the front of the lower filter cover.
