STRUCTURE FOR ASSEMBLING HINGE PLATE FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF CHUTE FROM CONCENTRATION OF STRESS AND ASSEMBLING DEVICE OF AIRBAG MODULE IN PASSENGER SEAT

PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a hinge plate for preventing breakage of a chute and an assembling device of an airbag module for a passenger seat are provided to prevent concentration of stress on the chute by separating the deployment force of the hinge plate from the reaction force of the airbag module in opening the door part of the instrument panel while deploying the airbag module. CONSTITUTION: An assembling system of a hinge plate(230) is composed of a chute(240) combined with an instrument panel(200); a housing containing an airbag cushion(211) of an airbag module(210); an airbag module bracket(216) supporting the housing; an assembling member(250) combining the airbag module bracket with the chute; a reaction plate(220) combined with the door part of the instrument panel and opened in deploying the airbag module; the hinge plate combined with the reaction plate; a hinge bracket(260) arranged between the chute and the airbag module; and a supporting part installed to the hinge plate to turn and support the hinge plate to the hinge bracket.
