STRUCTURE FOR ASSEMBLING HINGE PLATE FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF CHUTE FROM CONCENTRATION OF STRESS AND ASSEMBLING DEVICE OF AIRBAG MODULE IN PASSENGER SEAT

PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a hinge plate for preventing breakage of a chute and an assembling device of an airbag module for a passenger seat are provided to prevent concentration of stress on the chute from the deployment force of the hinge plate and the reaction force of the airbag module in opening the door part of the instrument panel while deploying the airbag module. CONSTITUTION: An assembling system of a hinge plate(230) is composed of a chute(240) combined with an instrument panel(200); a housing containing an airbag cushion(211) of an airbag module(210); an airbag module bracket(216) supporting the housing; a penetration hole performed in the airbag module bracket; an assembling member(250) combining the airbag module bracket with the chute; a reaction plate(220) combined with the door part of the instrument panel and opened in deploying the airbag module; and the hinge plate combined with the reaction plate and fixed to the airbag module bracket via the penetration hole.
