METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOOD COOKER BY FINELY BRAZING STAINLESS STEEL AND COPPER AND THE FOOD COOKER THEREBY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a food cooker by brazing and the food cooker thereby are provided to increase productivity, to prevent meat, vegetable or fish from getting scorched, and to remove smell of food cleanly by using the copper plate and vaporizing moisture. CONSTITUTION: A lower stainless steel plate(30) is formed, and a copper plate(20) with a latticed water passage(21) and an upper stainless steel plate(10) with a water container(11) are manufactured. Nickel alloy filler metal(40) of disk type is inserted between the lower stainless steel plate and the copper plate. The nickel alloy filler metal of disk type is inserted between the copper plate and the upper stainless steel plate. The metal plates are sequentially overlapped, and transferred to a brazing furnace to contact and bond the metal plates by using the heat.
