HIGH DENSITY METAL PHOTO AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME FOR REPRODUCING HIGH DENSITY AND SUPER FINE IMAGE OF CONVEX GROOVES(HALF-TONE DOTS) ON METAL PLATE

PURPOSE: A high density metal photo and a method of making the same are provided to enable the realization of a fine image without using a coating material on the surface of a metal plate. CONSTITUTION: The high density metal plate photo comprises: a metal plate on which an image(including characters) converted into a digitalized and half-tone image is formed of 1,000 to 2,600 convex grooves(half-tone dots) per cm2; and a protective film coated on the surface of the metal plate where the image is formed. A desired image is digitalized and stored in a computer. The image is converted into a half-tone image by operating a graphic editing program. The image is made into a basic material of fine half-tone dots by printing the same on a semitransparent(negative) film.
