AUTOMATIC DOOR DEVICE FOR GUIDING AND EXHAUSTING EXPLOSION PRESSURE OF EXPLOSIVE GAS BY SENSING PRESSURE OF EXPLOSIVE GAS IN ANNEALING FURNACE AND OPENING OR CLOSING EXHAUST DOOR
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic door device for guiding and exhausting explosion pressure of explosive gas in annealing furnace by automatically opening or closing an opening and closing door according to pressure of explosive gas after passing increased pressure of explosive gas through multiple direction change steps when pressure is increased due to explosive gas in the annealing furnace. CONSTITUTION: The automatic door device for guiding and exhausting explosion pressure of explosive gas in annealing furnace comprises a cylindrical port(60) penetratingly formed on an upper part of the exhaust side of the annealing furnace(1); a disc type pressure absorption plate(26) fixed to a lower part of an absorption plate vertical shaft(28), the absorption plate vertical shaft penetrated into the annealing furnace with being installed in a device case(25) formed on an outer part of the cylindrical port; a horizontal rotary bar(30) to a central part of which a driving pinion gear(40) connected to a rack gear(27) formed on the absorption plate vertical shaft is fixed, to one side of which a driven pinion gear(33) is fixed, and to the other side of which a horizontal bevel gear(29) is fixed; a circular opening and closing door(20) fixed to an upper part of a rotary shaft(21) to which a vertical bevel gear(22) connected to the horizontal bevel gear is connected so that the circular opening and closing door opens or closes the cylindrical port; and a sliding vertical shaft(34) projectingly installed on the upper surface of one side of the device case with the sliding vertical shaft being fixed to a guide(41) on which a guide rack gear(41a) connected to the driven pinion gear is formed.
