COMMUNICATION DEVICE USING FINITE HORIZON SLIDING IMPULSE FILTER AND METHOD THEREOF, PARTICULARLY FOR DECREASING THE TRANSMISSION ERROR RATE WHEN TRANSMITTING HIGH-CAPACITY DATA IN IMT-2000
PURPOSE: A communication device using a finite horizon sliding impulse filter and a method thereof are provided to improve transmission performance in comparison with noise and interference by decreasing the transmission error rate when transmitting large capacity data. CONSTITUTION: A receive unit(100) receives a source communication signal. A signal process unit(200) including a modulator for modulating a received signal, an amplifier for amplifying the modulated signal, and a demodulator for demodulating the amplified signal. A infinite horizon sliding impulse algorithm performing unit operates algorithm stored in a memory(202) by the calculation of a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) chip(204) and a PLD(Programmable Logic Device) chip(206). A transmit unit transmits a signal processed in a finite horizon sliding impulse filter(300).
