PURPOSE: A cam grinding machine is provided to obtain the surface roughness corresponding to various machine tools by reciprocating a driving unit and a grinding unit along an X-axis and a Y-axis and grinding the outer bore and the inner bore of the cam with the outer grinding wheel and the inner grinding wheel. CONSTITUTION: A cam grinding machine(1) is composed of a housing, a driving unit installed in the housing to process the outer bore and the inner bore of the cam, and a control unit formed in the housing to control the driving unit. The driving unit comprises a fixing unit rotating the cam at regular speed and a grinding unit(340) grinding the outer bore and the inner bore of the cam fastened to the fixing unit. The fixing unit has first and second fixing units fastening the cam, a fixing unit moving linear(308) fixing the first and second fixing unit by sliding, an X-axis moving plate(306) fastening the fixing unit moving linear and moving along the X-axis by the control unit, and an X-axis base(304) combined with the X-axis moving plate by sliding.
