SPIRAL AND AXIAL FLOW TYPE HOT BLAST DRYER FOR EFFICIENTLY DRYING SLUDGE PHASE ORGANIC MATTERS BY SUPPORTING STRUCTURES INSTALLED ON BOTH ENDS OF HOLLOW SHAFTS AND SCREW BLADES FORMED ON HOLLOW SHAFTS
PURPOSE: To provide a spiral and axial flow type hot blast dryer which is capable of accepting thermal expansion of the hollow shafts by installing collars on both ends of hollow shafts and installing roller type bearings on a dryer body around the collars and improves drying efficiency by installing screw blades on the hollow shafts. CONSTITUTION: In a hot blast dryer comprising a dryer body(10) comprising a hopper(11) formed at one side of a sludge treatment space of the body, and a sludge discharge port(12) formed on a lower part of the body at the other side of the sludge treatment space; hollow shafts(20) which pass through the sludge treatment space of the body and are supported such that vertical and horizontal shakings of the hollow shafts are prevented, and on the outer surface of which screw blades are formed to continuously transfer and agitate sludge in a longitudinal direction; a driving unit installed at one end of the body to rotate the hollow shafts; and a burner(30) installed at the other side of the hollow shafts, the spiral and axial flow type hot blast dryer is characterized in that the hollow shafts are supported by a supporting structure comprising at least collars which have diameter that is 1.5 to 3 times larger than that of the hollow shafts and formed on an one side end of the hollow shafts, and four roller type bearings(45) installed around the collars to support the hollow shafts while receiving the hollow shafts moved in a central axial direction of the collars.
