PURPOSE: An automatic hand antiseptic system is provided which automatically washes, sterilizes and dries user's hands using an antiseptic liquid, a sterilizing lamp and blowing fresh air, and is installed without space limitation, thereby enhancing hand hygiene. CONSTITUTION: The automatic hand antiseptic system comprises: a main body(10) having an antiseptic liquid container(100) and a valve(110); a display(20) for displaying a progress of washing, sterilizing and drying operations; a nozzle(40) disposed inside a hand insertion portion for spraying an antiseptic liquid; a sterilizing lamp(50); a blower(60); an IR sensor for sensing hand insertion; a drain box(80) disposed under the nozzle(40) to be connected to a discharge duct(30), for disposal of a used antiseptic liquid; an atomizing discharge device(90) having a spray duct(91); and a purifier(140) for purifying the antiseptic liquid to be delivered to the atomizing discharge device(90).
