PURPOSE: A preparation method of metal, alloy or ceramic nanoparticles by an electrical explosion of wire method(EEW) is provided to conduct selective production of nanoparticles of alloy, ceramic or single metal, to simplify a collecting process and to improve the collecting yield. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of metal, alloy or ceramic nanoparticles by EEW where multiple wires are applied simultaneously comprises: feeding wires(13) from a wire feeder(C) to a reactor(B), wherein the multiple metal or ceramic wires are fed at the same speed; measuring the length of wire explosion with a measure roller(22) in a wire feeder; generating a driving signal for spark gap by using the measured signal of the length of wire explosion; charging a condenser until the driving signal is applied to a driving electrode of the spark gap; supplying the high voltage charged in the condenser to a high voltage electrode of the reactor by passing through an insulator between the high voltage electrode and a low voltage electrode of the spark gap; conducting explosion of the wires with the high voltage to obtain nanoparticles, wherein the wire to wire distance was adjusted so that desired alloy or single metal nanoparticles can be obtained; and collecting the nanoparticles under a certain precise oxygen pressure, wherein coagulation of the particles is prevented by quenching with cyclones having a buffering function while classifying the particles with big cyclones.
