PURPOSE: A portable terminal mounted with a camera device is provided to configure a swivel device to rotate a folder portion at a swivel central axis isolated from a central portion of a hinge portion at certain intervals in one-sided direction of a body portion, thereby more easily photographing an object. CONSTITUTION: A hinge portion(130) rotates a folder portion(120) for a body portion at a hinge axis(130a) of the hinge portion(130), to open/close the body portion. A swivel device(131) is formed in the hinge portion such that the folder portion(120) can rotate at a swivel central axis isolated from a central portion of the hinge portion(130) at certain intervals in one-sided direction of the body portion. A camera device(140) is mounted in the hinge portion(130) to realize a more convenient photographing function.
